Ariel Vinas graduated from the University of Puebla Mexico in 1990 with his BDSC Dental Degree.  A year later, he came to the United States and obtained his licensing as a Registered Dental Assistant with Extended Functions and worked for the same office until coming to join Dr. Albers’ professional team in 2010.

“Now I am honored to be working with Dr. Albers’ wonderful team.  Being here creates wonderful opportunities for me to learn the newest techniques in dentistry.  I enjoy helping patients with their dental care” says Ariel.  

Ariel and his wife, Claudia, have two sons, Nico & David.  They enjoy family activities like trips to Stinson Beach and hiking the Howarth Park trails.

Ariel also does volunteer work with a clinic in Baja providing underprivileged children with preventative dental care.

Registered Dental Assistant, Expanded Functions II

I graduated the Santa Rosa Junior College Dental Assisting Program in 2012 and the Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions Program at University of the Pacific in 2016. I genuinely enjoy what I do and take pride in providing patients with quality dental care. Working for Dr. Albers and being a part of his amazing and talented team is truly rewarding. Aside from working in the dental field I absolutely love being a mom. We are an active family who love camping, concerts, travel and simply being outdoors.

Michelle Sampson

RDA

I completed my dental assisting education in 2013 and began working at a dental office in Pleasanton. Recently, I relocated to Santa Rosa and joined the dental staff at Harry Albers, DDS. I feel lucky to have the opportunity to work with such a fantastic team every day.

When I'm not working, I love to go on trips, hike, explore new restaurants (I'm a foodie!), and attend festivals.

Dawa Hergenrather, RDH

I graduated from from Santa Rosa Junior College in 2006 as a Registered Dental Hygienist.  It has been the best decision as a career!  Working with Dr. Albers and his experienced team, I am confident we are giving the best dental treatment.  I love to establish true relationships with our patients.  They become like family to me.  When they tell me, "Thank you, Dawa, I notice such a difference to my teeth and gums now. It is truly rewarding."

Besides improving our patients overall health, I love taking my twin boys on road trips to National Parks, going on hikes, swimming in the beautiful rivers and lakes.  We go camping during the summer and to the snow during the winter, as they are learning to snowboard. Just as I love seeing our patients improve their oral health, I love watching my boys’ snowboarding skills improve.

Carolyn Ngo

Registered Dental Hygienist

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and I graduated from the Santa Rosa Junior College Dental Hygiene Program. As a child, I was always drawn toward the healthcare field and knew it would be rewarding to make a difference in the lives of others. After getting compliments on my teeth and smile, I decided dentistry as a career choice to improve the smiles of my patients too. Being a hygienist gives me a chance to make a positive impact on people's lives and change it for the better. I enjoy the one-on-one interaction and building a foundation of trust with patients.

Besides being an RDH, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. We love to eat and try new foods from different cultures. During the winter, my boyfriend and I go snowboarding up in the Sierra Mountains around Lake Tahoe. I like traveling, shopping, swimming, and many more activities.

Sarah Manetti

Dental Assistant and Sterilization Technician

I always wanted to work in healthcare and working for Dr Albers and his team is such an amazing experience. Everyone is very passionate, caring and determined to ensure quality care for our patients. I’m very proud to have this career as a Dental Assistant and Sterilization Technician. Being around an incredible dental team ensures my personal and professional growth. I am working my way to becoming a Registered Dental Assistant and look forward to meeting and working with our patients.

I have an amazing 8 year old daughter who I love spending time with. We like sharing popcorn at the movies, driving out to the ocean and having lunch on the beach. We, also like going to parks, rivers and being outdoors in general.

Andrea Elwood, Office Admin

Andrea has worked in the dental field in Sonoma county for over 30 years. I feel very fortunate to have a career I truly enjoy. Each day I am lucky enough to meet new people and build relationships. I want our patients to feel like family, and know if they need our assistance with appointments or insurance I'm here to help in any way I can.

Dr. Albers provides exceptional care to his clients. I'm proud to work with him and his wonderful staff.

I enjoy spending my free time with my husband, children and grandchildren. Searching for antiques and traveling are a favorite pastime. We especially like going to New England to visit family.

Renee Marshall, Office Admin

Renee Marshall, RDA, is our Treatment Coordinator, she will make it easy for you and your family to understand the dental care presented, so you can make the best decisions for your dental health. She can explain your treatment cost, maximize your insurance efficiently, and help you choose the best treatment option.
